Nicole Vallianatos

Nicole Vallianatos is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a degree in Business Administration and Psychology, where she was also a member of the women’s soccer team. She began her career at Quicken Loans, advancing to lead the Consumer Insights team and shaping brand strategy across the Family of Companies.

In 2016, Nicole joined Jay Farner’s executive leadership team at Rocket as Chief of Staff. Serving as a strategic partner to the CEO, she helped align executive leadership, strengthen accountability, and implement the company’s first annual Objective and Key Results (OKR) planning framework during a period of significant growth.

Most recently, Nicole has led design, brand development, and marketing strategy across the hospitality portfolio, personally designing the group’s restaurant concepts. Under her leadership, The Franklin was named Best New Restaurant 2026 by the Detroit Free Press.

Nicole serves as Director, Treasurer, and Secretary of the Jay Farner Family Foundation, overseeing governance, financial stewardship, and strategic direction. She believes philanthropy is most powerful when guided by both heart and discipline. The foundation supports causes close to her heart, including neurodegenerative disease research, breast cancer initiatives, animal rescue efforts, therapy dog programs, and community and emergency needs.

She resides in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
